Not sure where that rattle is coming from and want to fix it? Want to make a repair but don't have the tools? Need some spare parts? Want to learn more about your bike than simply how to ride it? Then stop by a Bike Co-Op near you!
Usually a space run by volunteers, co-ops are a great resource for you to stop by and learn how to fix a bike, or pick up some missing parts. Co-ops tend to have a large collection of spare parts, recycled bikes, and a wide assortment of tools to make almost any repair or adjustment imaginable. Volunteers are always on hand to help you get rolling again, and even teach you how to do it yourself. As co-ops aim to enhance bicycling in their communities, most parts and repair services are available for a small fee, if any. Also, the help is always top notch; doesn't get better than from one bike lover to another.
